Fouron le Comte is a beautiful lithograph Nicolaas Wijnberg. Fouron le Comte is French for 's-Gravenvoeren, the best-known and also historically the most important sub-municipality of the municipality of Voeren in Tongeren (Belgian Limburg).

Amsterdam, 1918-2006
Nicolaas Wijnberg was educated at the Graphic School in Amsterdam. At the end of the 1940s, together with two colleagues, Hans van Norden and Theo Kurpershoek, he started an artists' association 'De Realisten'. This association opposed the abstract art of CoBrA and mainly made modern figurative art. Wijnberg's work is included in the collection of the Rijksmuseum and he has received several awards for his work as an artist.
