Return

We accept returns of all items purchased through our website within 30 days of the delivery date. Read more about our return policy below.

Until when can I return?

We offer you 30 days to think if you want to keep your purchase. We do not accept returned works of art that are damaged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can always get your money back. However, this cannot be done when the work is damaged. Since we deliver all our works in person, we make sure that the artwork arrives at you undamaged.

Refund

Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, it may take up to 7 business days (depending on your bank) to get your refund from you. There are no resupply costs, however, there are shipping costs associated with returning a work of art. We can also visit you to receive a return.

Change or cancel my order

Due to the design of our system, there is no turning back once you have placed and paid for an order on www.restartamsterdam.com. You must receive and return your order as described above.
