Gerd Winner is a German painter and graphic artist. He is best known for his screen prints of urban scenes. He uses his own photos for his screen prints and combines the photos with handiwork. Various places in London and New York are the subject of his work. Winner's works are in the collection of the Tate Gallery in London, among others.
